Shiv on Learning

It was shear curiosity that made me sign up at Language Lab. I didn’t have the slightest idea what to expect. Some kind of language learning, yes, that much I knew. Well, they say that curiosity killed the cat. That didn’t happen to me. I came out with more self-confidence and more trust in my own capacity.

The beginning was a little confusing, as I never been in a virtual chat before. It took awhile to feel comfortable with the new environment, but thanks to the teachers patience and ability to handle people that was a little beside themselves it didn’t take long to feel like at home.

The classes were fairly demanding as we often discussed unfamiliar topics. I think a possibility for the student to prepare the class in advance would be of some help. An estate agent have a vocabulary and professional skills different from an art dealer or a waiter.

Languagelab, all in all, a great experience.

(Now I can keep silent in three languages instead of two :-)
